HowsMyApp provides automated website scanning services that test websites for broken flows, frontend issues, and launch blockers. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

HowsMyAppis an independently operated product. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms mean the operator of HowsMyApp.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use HowsMyApp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Scan websites you do not own or have explicit permission to test
• Use the service to launch denial-of-service attacks or cause harm
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other restrictions
• Use automated tools to extract data from HowsMyApp beyond normal API usage
• Upload malicious content or exploit the platform for unauthorized access

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.HowsMyApp may perform maintenance, updates, or upgrades that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

Intellectual Property

HowsMyApp retains all rights to the platform, technology, algorithms, and proprietary methods used to provide scanning services. Scan reports generated for your websites are provided to you for internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display scan reports without prior written consent, except as permitted by the sharing features of the platform.

Scan Results Limitations

HowsMyApp uses automated testing to detect frontend issues, broken flows, form errors, and navigation problems. However, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Incomplete Detection: We do not claim to detect all issues present in your website. Some bugs, edge cases, and issues may be missed by automated testing.
• False Positives: Scan results may contain false positives — findings that are reported as issues but are not actual problems. You are responsible for manually verifying all findings before taking action.
• False Negatives: Some real issues present in your website may not be detected by our scanner.
• Manual Verification Required: You should always manually test and verify critical user flows and important functionality. Automated scans are a supplementary tool, not a replacement for comprehensive manual testing or professional QA services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

HowsMyAppprovides its services “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that scans will detect all issues, bugs, vulnerabilities, or broken flows present in your website. Website scanning is a complex field and no tool can guarantee complete coverage.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HowsMyApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for missed issues, business interruption, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, including for violation of these terms or conduct that may harm the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of HowsMyApp after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with changes, you may stop using the service.
